These are actual service photos from A1 Plus Laser Tech — flashlamp rebuilds, resonator optics, cooling loops, HV sections, and beam-delivery work on the medical and aesthetic laser platforms we service every day.
Component-level service
No black-box board swaps.
Every unit that comes through our shop is diagnosed and repaired to the failed component when possible — flashlamp, capacitor, coolant pump, driver board, or optic. Root-cause first, so the same fault doesn't come back six months later.
We document what we find and what we replace. If a coolant fitting is weeping, we photograph it. If a rod shows arc-tracking, we photograph it. The images below are from real service jobs — they are not stock photography, and they are shared with equipment owners' knowledge as reference for the kind of work our technicians perform.

Flashlamp & Pump Chamber
Alexandrite pump chamber assembly rebuilt on the bench — flashlamp inspection, reflector cleaning, and flow-tube fittings verified before reinstall.

Resonator Optics & Rod
Close-up of a resonator rod and mount during optical alignment. Rod surfaces, o-rings, and electrode leads are checked for arc-tracking and clarity.

Chassis Internals
Full chassis service pass — driver board, cooling manifold, and interlock harness inspected component-by-component instead of a blind board swap.

Beam Delivery Head
Beam-delivery bay opened for service: mirror mount, control PCB, and articulated-arm coupling checked for alignment drift and heat damage.

Galvo & Scanner
Scanner motor and driver board bench-tested off the frame — verifying encoder signal, coil resistance, and mechanical damping before reinstall.

Aperture & Shutter
Beam aperture and shutter plate cleaned and re-seated. Any pitting or debris on the aperture edge shows up immediately in beam profile tests.

Cooling Loop
Aquatec DDP 5800 delivery pump and coolant reservoir serviced. Coolant color, level, and fittings tell us more about the system than any error code.

Coolant Diagnostics
Clamp-meter measurement on a coolant pump circuit while the loop is pressurized — isolating an intermittent flow fault under real operating load.

High-Voltage Section
Rear panel opened on the HV bay. Capacitor bleed verified, transformer connections re-torqued, and driver boards inspected before power-up.

Cooling Fans & Filter
Cooling fans, coolant filter, and manifold inspected on a full internal service. Airflow paths and filter media are replaced as part of every PM.
